What you can contribute to
- Carry out complex legal and administrative work as well as analyses and positions on behalf of the Chief of the Executive Staff and the Secretary General
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with the Federal Act on Information Security within the Federal Supreme Court
- Coordinate, monitor and ensure quality control of mandates from the General Secretariat and the Executive Staff, as well as manage specialised work related to the quality management system
- Handle the legal affairs of the Secretary General and participate in cross-cutting and interdisciplinary projects
- Support the Chief of the Executive Staff and the Secretary General in steering, monitoring and coordinating their activities
What makes you unique
- University degree in law, preferably with a lawyer’s licence and/or relevant continuing education for the role
- Several years of professional experience in a court or similar experience
- Experience in team or project management, organisational talent, strong IT skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of German and French with ease in writing
- Knowledge of Italian and English is desirable
In a few words
As a legal counsel of the Executive Staff, you play a key role within the General Secretariat and contribute to the smooth functioning of the Federal Supreme Court. You apply your legal expertise, organisational skills and coordination ability in the service of the Secretary General and the Executive Staff. By supporting the monitoring of mandates, quality control and the management of strategic projects, you contribute to the steering and development of the General Secretariat’s activities.
