What is my role?

• Assembly work of shutter parts

• Operation of state-of-the-art machines

• Final assembly

• Reading and understanding setup sheets and regulations

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• 3 shifts from 05:00 - 13:30, from 13:30 to 22:00 - must be able to work in every shift

• Start immediately until the end of 2026

• Men and women are sought

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in assembly lines and production

• Manual dexterity and ability to lift loads up to 30kg

• You must be mobile or live in Aadorf, as work starts at 05:00

• Reliability and precise working method

• Good German skills (at least A2/B1 level)

• High physical endurance

• Quick comprehension

• Accurate and error-free work

• Motivated and flexible
