Looking for a change? Our client is seeking a versatile, customer-friendly, and skilled

Development and expansion of the product area building automation / smarthome
Selection and maintenance of the product portfolio as well as cooperation with international suppliers
Technical support for sales in customer inquiries
Creation of simple technical documents (e.g. data sheets, product information, FAQs)
Management of customer projects – from the offer to delivery
Conducting internal and external training sessions
Participation in national and international trade fairs

Completed vocational training as an automation technician, electrician, telematics technician, or comparable
Technical flair and enthusiasm for new technologies
Interest in KNX, smarthome systems, networks, or control technology
Ideally first experience in sales, support, or direct customer contact
Willingness to familiarize yourself with new subject areas
Good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
