Your tasks are
- Supportive management and supervision of all processes in the kitchen
- Active support of the kitchen team during service times
- Co-organizing and carrying out events (banquet, seminar, aperitif, etc.)
- Ensuring quality standards of all dishes during and after the production phase
- Purchasing all food items according to the kitchen chef's specifications
- Taking over short-term staff planning as well as monitoring working hours and absences in the absence of the kitchen chef
- Assisting in the training of apprentices
- Inventory management including assistance with the monthly stocktaking
- Compliance with the hygiene concept according to HACCP
- Offer planning in cooperation with the kitchen chef and management
What distinguishes you
- Completed professional training as a cook EFZ
- Several years of professional and leadership experience
- Solid IT user skills, especially MS Office
- Service-oriented attitude and passion for the cooking profession
- High communication and teamwork skills as well as social competence
- Creativity in handling ingredients and new recipe ideas
- Careful, structured working method, organizational talent & solution-oriented thinking
- High quality and sense of responsibility
