Cook EFZ / EBA (100%, part-time shifts) - Basel

The Hofmatt, built in 1927 in Münchenstein (BL), includes a hotel with 15 rooms, a restaurant with 70 seats, and around 90 garden seats. Additionally, there is a large event hall and two seminar rooms available. The stylish event hall can accommodate up to 400 people and is equipped with a gallery, stage, and modern event technology – ideal for various occasions. Complementing this, we present the

successful program of Le Petit Chef in our hotel.

Our team is looking for a

Cook EFZ / EBA (100%, part-time shifts)

Your tasks:

• Preparation and plating of fresh, seasonal, and traditional dishes

• Participation in the design and further development of our menu

• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen

• Responsible handling of food and kitchen materials

Your profile:

• Training as a Cook EFZ / EBA or equivalent qualification

• Experience as a cook, preferably in traditional cuisine

• Very good knowledge of German

• Joy and motivation for creative work with fresh, regional ingredients

• Resilience, teamwork skills, and a clean, independent, and structured working style
