The Restaurant Manager is fully responsible for the leadership and management of the restaurant. He or she ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment and guarantees the highest standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
Scope of Duties
• Development of the vision and strategic direction of the restaurant with a focus on revenue growth, profit optimization, and sustainable development.
• Definition of financial goals, budget creation, analysis of business results, and derivation of concrete action plans.
• Monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), management of operational business, and continuous performance improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all operational standards in the areas of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness.
