To support the development of our projects and strengthen our risk management approaches, we are looking for our future:
Risk management and project security
- Identify and anticipate technical, industrial and quality risks likely to impact project success.
- Lead risk management processes by bringing together the various project stakeholders.
- Challenge technical choices and action plans to ensure robust and pragmatic solutions.
- Provide governance bodies with a clear and objective view of the projects’ maturity level to facilitate arbitration and decision-making.
- Actively contribute to project, design and validation reviews.
Cross-functional leadership and decision-making
- Provide an independent view on the maturity and risk control level of projects.
- Build consensus around action plans based on technical analysis and understanding of business issues.
- Challenge project teams to ensure the robustness of decisions made.
- Present residual risks and their potential impacts factually.
- Be able to take positions sometimes divergent from immediate scheduling concerns when risk control or development maturity justifies it.
Product development excellence
- Ensure the integration of quality standards and customer requirements into development activities.
- Manage key quality milestones necessary for progressing through the different project phases.
- Ensure that compliance evidence and expected deliverables are available at the appropriate maturity level.
- Support the preparation of product and process validations as well as approval dossiers.
- Secure the transfer to series production.
