The Vaud Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CVCI) brings together nearly 3,200 companies, representing one third of the private jobs in the Canton. A private law association, it draws its resources from member contributions, the sale of services, and various mandates.
The CVCI is notably active in social insurance funds, legal services, export certification, economic conditions, innovation, vocational training, networking, as well as support for companies, from SMEs to multinationals, of which it is a partner.

A 100% Pension Services Manager
Role mission
Provide the entrusted benefits (in terms of AHV/IV pensions, IV daily allowances and splitting) while respecting the legal framework involved in order to satisfy clients and insured persons.
Job description
- Manage case files (AHV/IV pensions, IV daily allowances and forecast calculations);
- Contribute to the analysis of cases of persons without gainful employment for affiliation purposes when processing AHV/IV/forecast calculation files;
- Ensure the follow-up of the splitting procedure (income sharing in case of divorce);
- Ensure payment of periodic and monthly pension benefits;
- Process the schedule before and after pension payments;
- Manage returned benefits;
- Manage extra-accounting tasks, monthly closing of benefit movements;
- Ensure follow-up of European pension claim procedures within the framework of bilateral agreements for transmission to the Swiss Compensation Fund in Geneva;
- Ensure payment of IV daily allowance benefits;
- Ensure the quality of information provided to insured persons and members;
- Contribute to a versatile organisation by supporting the APG sector;
- Participate in the training of new pension service employees.
Required profile for the position
- Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent training;
- 3 years’ experience in social insurance, particularly in the first pillar (AHV);
- Strong interest in social insurance;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously and multitasking skills;
- Proficiency in common office software;
- Knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the WebAHV programme would be an asset;
- Comfort with numbers.
Start date: immediately or to be agreed.
