Application Specialist: Industry Software Printplus (a) 80 - 100 %

About the job

• you support and further develop our industry software Printplus – from configuration and parameterisation to the installation of updates
• you implement company-specific requirements and optimise service catalogues
• you manage interfaces to other systems (e.g. JDF, JMF, SQL) and analyse errors and deviations
• you are the central contact person for the Printplus supplier as well as for internal stakeholders and professionally lead our superusers
• you lead and accompany optimisation and expansion projects, conduct training sessions and assist with the annual inventory
• you take on further exciting projects and tasks related to specialist IT, prepress, application workflows, publication systems, quality management as well as the optimisation of our processes and services within the entire "Printing" group – always with a focus on the needs of our customers
• you have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally – with the prospect of taking on more responsibility in team leadership

• you have training in the graphic industry or comparable training with further education in printing/media technology or business informatics
• you have experience with ERP or MIS industry software, ideally with Printplus, and know the processes of a printing company
• you have good IT knowledge, preferably in databases (SQL), interfaces and reporting
• you analyse errors in a structured way, quickly recognise connections and independently drive solutions and projects forward
• you communicate in a service-oriented manner, confidently bring together different stakeholders and enjoy sharing your knowledge
