About the job
• Creating offers based on templates in the ERP system Abacus
• Responsible for monitoring and organizing appointments and the offer process
• Obtaining offers from subcontractors and suppliers
• Obtaining utility plans and supporting the preparation of technical reports
• Operating the telephone switchboard and handling info emails
• General commercial activities
REQUIREMENTS • Commercial basic training and/or several years of professional experience
• Confident German in spoken and written form, good communication skills
• Independent, efficient, and precise way of working
• Service-oriented with organizational skills and focus on deadlines
• Reliable, responsible, willing to learn, and interested
• Construction knowledge is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of Office365
