For our Dosenbach branch in Sarnen, we are looking for a Deputy Branch Manager 80-100% immediately or by arrangement. Responsibilities:
  • Support the branch management in implementing the company goals
  • Assist in the administration and organization of the branch
  • Active, competent, and service-oriented participation in sales as a member of the branch team
  • Personnel management of employees in the absence of branch management
Our Requirements:
  • Basic training in sales with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage
  • Several years of professional experience in retail (shoes, sports articles, or textiles are an advantage)
  • Fluent German skills
  • Sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Honest and respectful interaction with employees and superiors
  • Resilience and willingness to put in a lot of effort
  • Solution-oriented thinking and acting
