Maintenance Mechanic 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Carrying out maintenance, repair and servicing work on production equipment, packaging machines, sorting and conveyor technology.

• Analysing and resolving technical faults to ensure a smooth production process.

• Planning and performing preventive maintenance and inspection tasks to maximise equipment availability.

• Comprehensive documentation of all maintenance, repair and servicing measures in the company’s maintenance software.

• Active participation in the optimisation and further development of technical equipment and production processes.

• Manufacture and adjustment of custom-made items and small series according to company requirements.

• Strict adherence to safety regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ (specialising in maintenance), production mechanic or a comparable technical qualification.

• Professional experience in the maintenance of production equipment, ideally in the food industry.

• Solid knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electrical engineering; knowledge of machining technology is an advantage.

• Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style.

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekend and night shifts.

• Work in a 3-shift system with early, late and night shifts as well as occasional weekend duties.
