Customer Advisor Multi Industries (80-100%) - Inbound

Your Tasks

• Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries
• Competent advice on products and services
• Support with administrative matters
• Identifying customer needs and service-oriented problem solving
• Careful documentation of customer conversations in the systems

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience
• Ideally some initial professional experience in a commercial environment or customer service
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as fluent Swiss German (mandatory)
• Good PC user skills and quick comprehension
• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented working style

• 100% availability is required during the training phase
