To strengthen our team in the Restaurant area, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as an Assistant Department Manager, 100%. starting from 01.09.2025, for a permanent contract, at the Geneva location.

Your responsibilities

• You ensure the organization of the sales area as well as the implementation of seasonal priorities in your sector.
• You are responsible for creating an attractive market atmosphere in accordance with the concept.
• With your team, you ensure the production, freshness, and quality of the products at all times.
• You are present at the point of sale and thus play a role model for your team.
• You ensure personal and professional leadership, training, and development of the team.
• You organize your team responsibly and thus ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
• You are responsible for achieving the agreed budget and performance objectives.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail in the field of food and beverages.
• You have extensive professional experience in a similar activity.
• You have solid leadership experience and are capable of organizing a team independently and competently.
• You always aim for perfection and have an affinity for food products.
• You are an experienced and motivated person with development potential and wish to take the next step in your career.
• You can motivate your team to deliver high-level performance in the long term thanks to your competent and exemplary attitude.
• You are able to adapt to a high customer frequency and maintain your calm and overview in busy situations.
• You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
