Reports to: Head of Controlling
Job Description
- Monthly preparation of group reporting and relevant presentations
- Preparation and analysis of cash flow forecasts
- Analysis, interpretation and visualisation of relevant financial, performance and control indicators to support well-founded business decisions
- Close cooperation with accounting, reconciliation of provisions and accruals to ensure correct monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS.
- Development and maintenance of meaningful management reports and financial dashboards to control performance and liquidity.
- Process and system optimisation: implementation and continuous development of controlling processes, reporting standards and IT tools.
- Participation in budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of decision templates for management
- Preparation of profitability calculations for various projects
- Support of the CFO in various projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Completed studies with a focus on finance/controlling (university/FH) or equivalent further education
- At least 5 years of experience in controlling; ideally in an international environment
- Confident handling of accounting (financial statements, provisions, accruals); confident in balance sheet analysis
- Sound knowledge of consolidation software such as Magnitude or comparable systems for group reporting is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in forecasting, budgeting and cash flow planning.
- Very good SAP S/4HANA knowledge or experience with comparable ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent MS Excel skills (including Pivot; Power Query/Power Pivot is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills, high initiative and hands-on mentality.
- Experience in preparing business cases and investment calculations
- High integrity, sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
