Polymechanic CNC Milling (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for an independent and reliable individual as a polymechanic in the field of CNC milling. In this varied position, you will manufacture complex individual parts, small series, and demanding workpieces. You will work with modern CNC machines and take responsibility for precise and high-quality production.

Polymechanic CNC Milling (m/f/d) 

Your Tasks

• Setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines with 3- and 5-axis machining
• Manufacturing complex individual parts, small series, and demanding workpieces
• Planning and implementing optimal clamping setups
• Independent processing and inspection of manufactured workpieces
• Ensuring high production quality and precision
• Carrying out minor maintenance and servicing tasks on the machines
• Continuous optimisation of production processes

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in CNC milling
• Good knowledge of a CNC control system, ideally Heidenhain
• Experience with CAM programming is an advantage
• Confident handling of machines, tools, and measuring instruments
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• Team spirit, commitment, and high willingness to perform
• Good German language skills
• Willingness to develop professionally
