About the job
Your area of responsibility
- You independently manage the accounting of several company-owned pension funds and also oversee the corresponding subsidiary ledgers, especially for securities and real estate
- You prepare the annual financial statements independently and produce the annual accounts including notes according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
- You compile the necessary documents for auditors and external stakeholders and act as the contact person during the annual audits
- At the annual board of trustees meetings, you present the audited annual accounts
- In addition, you actively contribute to projects for the further development and optimisation of accounting processes and the accounting software used
- In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as IT, technical administration, management and auditors
Your strengths
- You have a commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or in the field of occupational pensions
- You have several years of professional experience of at least three to five years in pension fund accounting
- You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of the accounting software Abacus is an additional advantage
- Your working style is motivated, structured and team-oriented
- Furthermore, you impress with your organisational talent, your independence and flexibility as well as your ability to set priorities correctly and meet deadlines reliably
- You have very good German and Italian language skills, both spoken and written; good French skills are an advantage
