Your tasks

• Lead the Operations and Service Management department with around 17 employees in personnel, professional and organisational terms
• Be responsible for a secure, economical and stable operation of ICT services and specialist applications and further develop the ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change etc.)
• Ensure the operational takeover of new applications and systems including approvals in collaboration with development and ICT management
• Monitor and control ICT services including service metrics, escalations and management of external operating partners
• Be responsible for operational concepts, continuity management, emergency planning and the entire life cycle of the supported services
• Participate in strategic IT projects and represent the company in committees and projects

Your profile

• University degree in computer science or business informatics with proven practical experience
• Several years of leadership experience in IT operations as well as in managing complex operating environments
• Solid know-how in IT service management (ITIL), application operation, as well as in DevOps concepts
• Stress-resistant, decisive and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and very good English are prerequisites; knowledge of French is an advantage
