What to expect

• Professional support and advice for insured persons in complex health, occupational and social life situations
• Coordinating and negotiating with all relevant stakeholders (service providers, IV, employers, insurers, etc.) including planning and moderating round tables
• Responsible for complete case and progress documentation including analysis, reporting and administrative mandate management
• Actively positioning Case Management through external presentations, customer appointments as well as building and maintaining professional and partner networks

What you bring

• Tertiary qualification in psychology or healthcare with a focus on psychiatry and several years of professional experience
• Preferably further training in social insurance and/or case management
• Fluent German and very good English skills (case management partly in English), knowledge of another national language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel in the Aargau, Central Switzerland, Zurich and Eastern Switzerland regions
• High degree of independence, commitment and flexibility combined with strong customer orientation, teamwork and enjoyment of personal interaction with insured persons
