Your tasks
- Leading, supporting and further developing employees with cognitive and/or physical disabilities (6 – 10 employees)
- Supporting employees in the industrial and creative work process
- Productive participation in the workshop group
- Timely production and processing/billing of orders
- Planning, organising and optimising daily business
- Contact with the social environment of the employees (relatives and residential home)
- Accompanying employees in support offers and internal compensation offers
- Participation in projects
Your profile
- Basic training in the industrial or creative field
- Additional pedagogical training is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with and promoting people with disabilities
- Experience in production and service sectors
- Organisational talent, open, communicative and solution-oriented personality
- Flair for productive work and great interest in trends and developments
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
