In our Flow Control, Industrial Hoses & Gaskets division, we combine sound technical advice with a strong understanding of our customers’ individual requirements.

Area of responsibility:

• You advise and support our internal and external customers on technical issues.
• You develop customer-specific product solutions with a focus on Industrial Hoses and their applications.
• You prepare calculations for commercial products as well as customer-specific products and special solutions.
• You support the assortment strategy as well as the definition and further development of commercial products.
• You process quality reports and support the professional handling of customer complaints.
• Your technical focus is initially in the product area of Industrial Hoses. As part of your personal and professional development, you will gradually expand your product knowledge in the areas of Flow Control and Gaskets and thus develop into a comprehensive technical contact person for our customers.

Your profile:

• A technical basic education with further training in the commercial field or a commercial basic education with further training in the technical field.
• Professional experience in the field of industrial hoses, industrial valves or flat gaskets is an advantage.
• A strong affinity for technology and the industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel is an advantage. You also distinguish yourself by your willingness to continuously develop professionally and personally. • Proactive and entrepreneurial action with a clear focus on the needs of our customers.
• A team-oriented and open personality who enjoys taking responsibility and sharing knowledge.
• Creative thinking as well as an independent and well-organised way of working with good time management.
• Very good German skills as well as basic English skills are required. French skills are an advantage.
