YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Development and continuation of the IAM roadmap in alignment with business and security goals
- Prioritization of features based on business value, risk, and technical feasibility
- Integration of IAM solutions with HR systems, directories, and cloud platforms
- Implementation of central IAM concepts such as RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, and lifecycle automation
- Ensuring compliance with internal security policies and legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Close collaboration with IT, HR, and external partners to implement high-quality IAM solutions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in computer science, information security, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as an IAM responsible person or product owner in an industrial environment
- Very good knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., Entra ID, AD, KeyCloak, One Identity Manager)
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, PAM
- Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, DevOps) and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical content understandably
