• Conducting professional service in compliance with quality standards
• Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints
• Preparing events, especially setting up tables and chairs, laying tables, and performing mise en place
• Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing if authorized
• Supporting the Chef de Rang or Demi-Chef de Rang in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard presentation
• Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing if authorized

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
• First experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• Openness, professional appearance, and a well-groomed appearance
• Enjoyment in dealing with international guests
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
