YOUR MAIN TASKS:

Production Organisation

• Supervise and ensure production launches in collaboration with the planning department
• Ensure smooth production to guarantee compliance with volumes, costs, quality, and deadlines
• Support colleagues in production adjustments
• Analyse performance, produced volumes, and identify any delays or anomalies in connection with the production director and planning
• Organise corrective maintenance of equipment and installations in liaison with the maintenance department

Team Management and Supervision

• Supervise teams daily and promote versatility
• Manage the integration of new recruits, structure training paths, and ensure the sustainability of skills transfer
• Ensure good internal communication and resolve daily conflicts or issues
• Organise and monitor staff appraisals

Control and Quality

• Ensure and monitor compliance with quality requirements
• Strictly enforce hygiene, safety, and environmental rules on the production site
