Your Tasks
- Advising and supporting owners in the sale of residential and holiday properties in the Engadin
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Preparing sales documentation and presenting properties
- Organising and conducting viewings
- Negotiating with prospective buyers and accompanying the process until notarisation
- Building and maintaining a sustainable network in the Engadin
- Active market development and acquisition of new sales mandates
- Maintaining and managing our CRM system as well as ongoing market observation
Your Profile
- Initial experience in real estate marketing or in the sale of demanding services
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the Engadin and willingness to quickly build up a corresponding network and know-how
- Winning, communicative and service-oriented personality
- Confident demeanour and enjoyment in dealing with a discerning clientele
- Independent, structured and entrepreneurial way of working
- Very good German, Italian and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is welcome
- Driving licence category B
