What to expect
- Leading a committed team of around 25 employees
- Efficient and appropriate personnel planning
- Organisation and management of the department
- Planning and shaping the nursing process
- Ensuring nursing documentation and the observation phase in RAI
- Planning and conducting team meetings and case discussions
- Contact person for relatives and doctors
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in long-term care
- Experience in a management role
- Ideally knowledge of the RAI system
- Proven experience in validation and kinaesthetics desired
- Experience with the electronic nursing documentation LOBOS is an advantage
- High professional and social competence
- Very good communication skills
- Strong empathy combined with high resilience
- You prefer a cooperative leadership style
