In order to strengthen our French-speaking Switzerland Sales team and support our growth, we are looking for a
Sales Representative, French-speaking Switzerland
Responsibilities:
Promote products and provide technical support to develop sales and increase Symbios' market share in the region.
- Provide technical and commercial support in operating rooms.
- Promote the use of Symbios products by prospecting and visiting clients, and presenting the products.
- Build customer loyalty and acquire new clients, ensuring the achievement of objectives.
- Actively participate in monitoring the commercial strategy.
- Manage administrative aspects, particularly those related to operations.
- Collect information on market trends and report it in a structured manner.
- Immediately forward all customer orders to the company. Strictly respect the company's prices, discounts, and general sales conditions, and comply with any changes the company may make at any time.
- Keep the company regularly and continuously informed of the progress of your mission.
Profile sought:
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- Initial or continuing education in medicine or medical technology
- Several years of experience in the operating room environment
- Clinical/technical knowledge of hip/knee products is a plus
- You work in a structured and strategic way, able to understand complex technical systems
- You are comfortable with computer tools
- You enjoy engaging with people and have a natural empathy for others, your work is solution- and customer-oriented
- You like to work independently, with the flexibility required by the field, and can adapt to daily unforeseen events
- You are a native French speaker or bilingual, and have a good level of English (minimum B2). Skills in German would be a plus.
