We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our Timberland team at FoxTown Mendrisio. The role involves a temporary contract, initially lasting 3 months.

Sales Associates inspire our customers, provide excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards in our store.

How to make a difference

We expect our Sales Associates to help deliver memorable sales experiences. To this end, they must:

· Provide high-level service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.

· Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products in store.

· Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

· Keep up to date with current trends and the brand's market positioning.

· Follow all operational procedures in the store and warehouse.

What are the ideal characteristics of a Sales Associate?

· Loves interacting with customers. Acts as an example for the rest of the team through their practicality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

· Has a proactive attitude in facing all store circumstances.

· Has a passion for our brand, fashion, and retail in general.

• Has excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English

• Is flexible when there is a need to work weekends, evenings, and during holidays.

Previous experience is ideal but not necessary. The most important thing is that this person embodies and promotes our guiding principles: live with integrity, act with courage, be curious, show empathy, and persevere.
