• You book your shifts according to your needs and plan leave requests and holidays of interest in a digital app
• You receive shift offers across four clinical areas (e.g. geriatric psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, child and adult psychiatry)
• As 1:1 care, you take on defined monitoring tasks (visual checks/vital signs)
• As ward assistance, you undertake various support tasks on the ward (basic care, writing short nursing reports, accompanying patients in daily activities, and independently carrying out domestic tasks)
• You adhere to hygiene regulations
• You recognise emergency situations and immediately call the responsible specialist if necessary

• Completed training in the nursing field (e.g. Nursing Assistant SRK or AGS) with professional experience
• You bring joy and commitment to nursing and care and are open to the psychiatric setting
• You are flexible and resilient and quickly adapt to different team cultures
• You work independently and responsibly under delegation
• Neat appearance and good manners
• Basic IT skills are an advantage
• German (level B2), you understand Swiss dialect
