What is my role?

We are looking for a committed individual for our client who drives construction projects forward with responsibility and decisiveness. In this position, you act as the central link between the client, planning teams, and executing companies.

• Responsible management of building construction projects in all phases

• Monitoring and controlling schedules, budgets, and quality standards

• Conducting tender procedures, awarding processes, and handling contract amendments

• Organisation and coordination of all parties involved in the project

• Moderation and leadership of construction meetings

• Ensuring first-class execution quality on site

• Carrying out inspections and professional handovers of the property

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the construction sector (for example, construction manager, HF technician, architect, or comparable qualification)

• Several years of professional experience in project management of building construction

• Independent and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Business understanding and entrepreneurial action
