Your area of responsibility
- Project / construction management (from the offer to the warranty acceptance)
- Independent preparation of tenders
- Support for customers or architects
- Scheduling and coordination of all trades
- Construction cost control
- Participation in project management meetings
- Responsibility for compliance with and enforcement of safety regulations
- Monitoring and control for quality assurance
Your profile
- Service-oriented, committed, resilient, responsible, quality-conscious and assertive
- Completed basic craft training or completed draughtsman EFZ
- Completed further training as a construction manager or construction technician
- Proven professional experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Structured and solution-oriented
- High service and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of German (spoken and written) and good MS Office skills
