About the job
The Spitex Region Entlebuch supports and enables living at home for people of all ages who require care, support, or assistance through its services. Our comprehensive range of services includes somatic and psychiatric care, Palliative Plus, as well as domestic services for eight municipalities in the region.
Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF
Your Role
- Care and support of adult clients with mental health impairments with the aim of enabling them to live a self-determined daily life at home
- Responsibility for the care process and case management
- Networking and coordination internally with other teams
- Active collaboration with external professionals and agencies
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH in Psychiatry or as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with further training in psychiatry (e.g. CAS Outpatient Psychiatric Care) or willingness to undertake appropriate further training
- Enjoyment of responsible and independent work
- Strong communication skills as well as a respectful and goal-oriented
- working style
- Valid driving licence category B and preferably own vehicle
