Metalworker – Workshop Manager with Leadership Role

Tasks

Management of the locksmith's workshop in technical and personnel matters
Control work preparation for a smooth production process
Manufacture welding constructions and continuously improve processes
Carry out revisions, repairs and alignment work

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a metalworker or comparable qualification
Experience in leadership or suitable further training for it
Solid expertise in MIG, MAG and TIG
Structured and quality-conscious teamwork
