Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for ensuring nursing quality and further development of clinical, concept- and evidence-based nursing
- Professional leadership and coaching of the orthopaedic nursing specialists
- Consultation, training and support of nursing professionals
- Conducting internal training sessions
- Care of patients in complex medical/nursing situations
- Close collaboration with the nursing expert team, nursing management and education as well as other professional groups
Your Profile
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Several years of experience as a qualified nurse HF/FH in an acute hospital
- Experience with nursing quality assurance and development work, participation in or leadership of projects
- A personality with consulting and leadership skills who can inspire themselves and others for the further development of nursing practice
