Job Description

• You competently and friendly advise our customers, helping them find the perfect bike and accessories
• You ensure that products are attractively presented and assist in organising sales areas and events
• You support with minor technical questions and problems, perform simple maintenance tasks, and provide tips on care and maintenance

• You have completed basic training and ideally already have experience in sales or customer service
• You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, and support your colleagues wherever you can
• Fluent German in spoken and written form / French is an advantage
