Your tasks
- Operational responsibility for a mandate in healthcare (quality, financial and personnel)
- Leadership, promotion and continuous development of 3 team leaders managing approximately 120 employees including independent recruitment of new staff.
- Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
- Responsibility for our support services and ensuring a high-quality service as well as compliance with hygiene regulations
- Responsibility for correct time recording and compliance with shift times of all assigned employees
- Conducting quality controls with the customer
- Responsibility for the quotation and billing system as well as for the monthly closing and financial analyses including budget control
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
- Responsibility for planning, organisation, coordination, supervision and optimisation of all workflows
- Management of material, machine and equipment orders
Your profile
- Completed training/education in housekeeping, hospitality, building cleaning or facility management
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field, preferably in healthcare
- Personable, strong leadership personality with a pronounced sense of organisation and
- Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Analytical ability and networked thinking
- Open personality and strong communication skills
- Good MS Office user skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Service orientation, independence and flexibility
