Assistant to the Office Management
Are you an organizational talent who likes to think along, act proactively, and enjoys taking responsibility? Are you excited by diverse tasks and a dynamic environment? Then you are a perfect fit for us! Together with your colleague, you will take on central coordination and administrative tasks for the office management and thus contribute significantly to a smooth operation in the office.
Your tasks
- Supporting the office management in all administrative and organizational matters (appointment and email management, meeting management, event organization)
- Independently handling correspondence
- Creating presentations, factsheets, and other documents
- Internal and external coordination point and ensuring the flow of information
- Leading and participating in projects in the organizational environment
Your profile
- Commercial training with appropriate further education (e.g., federal diploma in executive assistance) and several years of professional experience, ideally in administration
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong service orientation and high quality standards
- Innovative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Confident handling of IT tools (M365 suite) and digital processes
