Introduction

In a privileged setting, Château de la Rive is a private medico-social establishment recognised as being of public interest. Certified ISO 9001-2015, it houses 103 residents requiring geriatric and advanced age psychiatry care. Particularly attentive to the quality of support for its residents, our institution offers personalised care and superior hotel services.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and creative professionals wishing to invest themselves in the animation and dynamisation of residents' lives through varied and enriching socio-cultural activities, within a committed interdisciplinary team.

Missions

• Support residents daily, promoting their autonomy and active participation.
• Support residents in their relational, emotional, spiritual and social needs, taking into account their life journey and abilities.
• Create and participate in the implementation and animation of individual and collective activities.
• Participate in a global and interdisciplinary approach.
• Observe, transmit and document useful elements for daily life and the follow-up of the residents' support project.
• Be proactive and participate in projects related to the development of support in collaboration with all sector stakeholders.

Desired profile

• Cheerful, organised, dynamic and positive personality with flexibility. You know how to work in a team but also demonstrate autonomy.
• Written and oral mastery of the French language.
• Confirmed training and experience in animation and support for elderly people (an asset).
• Driving licence (an asset).
• Knowledge of DIR (an asset).
