Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Oncology

In the tumour medical department, we support people in highly complex and often vulnerable life situations. Our nursing stands for professional excellence, interprofessional collaboration, and patient-centred care throughout the entire oncological treatment pathway. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible and professionally skilled individual as a float nurse.

What to expect

• Assignments inpatient/outpatient within the tumour medical department
• Care of patients with complex oncological, haematological, and cellular therapies
• Co-responsibility for safe, evidence-based, and patient-oriented nursing
• Support of teams in demanding care situations and during staff shortages
• Close interprofessional collaboration with various specialist disciplines

What you bring

• Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience in oncology and/or haematology is essential
• High professional competence and enjoyment of complex patient situations
• Flexible, resilient, and independent personality
• High social competence as well as pronounced communication and cooperation skills
• Willingness to actively support and help shape changes
