About the job

We are looking for a committed person for this exciting position in the housing sector.

What are your tasks?

You support and accompany our residents in the areas of housing, everyday coping, care, leisure and life design
You take on key worker duties
You work interdisciplinarily with guardians, doctors, psychiatry and specialist agencies
You take on departments and responsibilities in everyday life to ensure smooth processes
You participate in team meetings and supervisions
You accompany apprentices and students individually and appreciatively

What do we expect from you?

You have completed training in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
You are resilient, show initiative, empathy and self-reflection
You support the residents in achieving the greatest possible autonomy and participation
You have communication, conflict and cooperation skills
You enjoy working with residents with different impairments, individual support needs and different ages
You have experience in practical instruction of students or are willing to further your education in this regard
