We are looking for a Salesperson at 80% in the bookshop for our FNAC Lausanne (VD) store.
Your Tasks
• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure them a quality service
• You handle the payment of products
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
• Work in the areas of Editorial Products: books, comics, manga, video games
• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department
• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers
