Polymechanic as CNC Milling Machine Operator
Activities
- Precise machining of demanding workpieces on CNC milling centers with Heidenhain control (3-, 4- and 5-axis)
- Setting up the machines as well as assembling tools according to TopSolid clamping plan and tool list
- Operation of CNC-controlled tool setting devices (Kelch)
- Handling customer orders including quality assurance and ERP bookings
- Optimization of CAM programs as well as performing machine maintenance and ensuring orderliness at the workplace
Requirements
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic (specializing in CNC milling)
- Solid knowledge in CNC machining and willingness to work in 2-shift operation
- Exact, precise and independent working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as strong communication skills
- Teamwork, flexibility, loyalty and high sense of responsibility
