Gardener (m/f) 100%

We are looking for a gardener for a large company in Lucerne

Your Tasks

• Co-responsible for the care, maintenance and further development of the indoor greenery as well as the 15 hectares of green and outdoor areas
• You take care of the maintenance and care of our plants indoors, carry out plantings and contribute to an attractive and well-kept environment
• Minor repair, service and maintenance work as well as the safe handling of machines and equipment are part of your varied daily work, as is supporting waste disposal during bottlenecks
• You accompany and support our apprentices in their training and lead and coordinate temporary staff in their activities. You also contribute to the winter on-call service and support the team in snow clearance and ice control operations

Our Requirements

• Professional training as a gardener with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Sound knowledge in green space maintenance and/or plant production
• Ideally, you have practical experience in indoor greenery and enjoy further developing yourself in this specialised field
• Confident handling of small machines is part of your daily work. You hold a category B driving licence; category BE is an advantage
• Team spirit, initiative as well as a reliable and responsible working style characterise you. You are also willing to perform winter on-call duties
