About the job
Under the umbrella of RaJoVita, the Foundation for Health and Ageing of the City of Rapperswil-Jona, we offer a familial home to 175 elderly people in need of care in two care centres and one care apartment. A day centre as well as the Spitex ideally complement our comprehensive range of services. Our 355 employees aim to provide personal, needs-based, and loving care and support.
We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a
SRK Care Assistant, Domestic Services and Support, 50-70% (Spitex)
Your tasks
- You support our clients in their daily lives and household management
- You ensure reliable, respectful care and accompaniment
- You recognise changes early and initiate appropriate measures
- You independently and electronically document your assignments and observations
Your profile
- You enjoy working in domestic services and support and have a heart for people
- You appreciate variety, work independently, and take on responsibility
- Career changers or those re-entering the profession are warmly welcome and will be carefully introduced
- You are empathetic and treat people with health limitations respectfully
- You are mobile (driving licence category B and own vehicle advantageous)
German language skills (at least level B2)
