• Completed vocational training or equivalent education, ideally with experience in planning,
dispatching or administration
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, analytical way of thinking
• High independence, sense of responsibility, and decisiveness
• Resilience and calmness even in hectic or rapidly changing situations
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
• Swiss citizenship or at least C residence permit
• Driver's license category B
