About the job
Steinhölzli Educational Pathways offers young adults with special structural needs training and support for professional and social integration.
We are looking for: educational staff member 60%, residential and everyday support, starting 1 November or by arrangement.
As a committed individual, you will support learners in residential settings towards as independent a lifestyle as possible.
What to expect:

- Free on weekends and public holidays (alternating Sunday evening duty).

You bring:
- Training in the educational field.
- Enjoyment in working with young adults aged between 15-25 years.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside usual hours, in the mornings and evenings (including night duty). The workload spread over up to 4 days is not a problem for you (weekends free).
- A confident, exemplary demeanour and the ability to recognise, assess, and respond appropriately to conflict situations, both in group and individual conversations.
- Good domestic skills which you enjoy applying. Cooking and cleaning are a fixed daily part.
- The ability to set boundaries and a professional understanding of closeness and distance.
- A resource- and solution-oriented working style.
- A responsible, resilient, and humorous personality with assertiveness.
- Enjoy working independently, goal-oriented, and bring experience in professional everyday support of young adults.
