Lean Manager 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Organisation, management and follow-up of workshops to improve workflows

• Development and expansion of a standardised process documentation as well as ensuring uniform documentation guidelines

• Management of small to medium-sized improvement projects

• Support of specialist departments in recording, standardising and continuously optimising their processes

• Intensive cooperation with corporate management and specialist departments for the continuous development of process structures

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training or degree in business administration, industrial engineering, food sciences or a related field

• Certification in Lean Management (for example Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) or demonstrable practical experience in this area

• Sound knowledge and practical experience in Lean Management, process optimisation and continuous improvement processes, preferably in a manufacturing company

• Proven experience in leading and managing optimisation projects

• Confident handling of the evaluation and interpretation of performance indicators for process control and continuous optimisation

• Systematic, results-oriented and independent approach as well as strong conceptual competence

• Excellent communication and moderation skills combined with the ability to convince and engage others

• Enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration with various company departments

• Team-oriented personality with pronounced curiosity and pragmatic implementation mentality
