Who are we?
The Information and Telecommunications Service (SITel) ensures the availability, security and evolution of the information systems and digital infrastructures of the State of Fribourg. Within the Domains and Solutions section, the Training, Cultural Affairs and Sport sector supports the digital transformation of entities working in the fields of education, culture and sport.
Why join us?
We rely on the complementarity of skills and the variety of perspectives because it is the diversity of backgrounds and profiles that makes the strength of the State of Fribourg. We promote work-life balance and flexible working conditions. For more information, follow this link .
We are looking for a Domain Architect Training, Cultural Affairs and Sport responsible for ensuring architectural governance, evolution, coherence and performance of the information system in the Justice and Security domain. Unlike a solution architect, whose role is to design the architecture of a particular solution or project, the domain architect acts as the representative of enterprise architecture within their domain. They define the evolution path of the information system, ensure its alignment with the State's digital strategy, manage its urbanisation and ensure the application of architectural, technological and methodological standards of the organisation. In this context, they act as the local relay of enterprise architecture and represent the architectural authority of the Justice and Security domain to business beneficiaries, projects and technical teams.
