Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented sales assistant to join our team at our S. Antonino branch in Saint Anthony of the Nile, Switzerland. This is a part-time position (20%) offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to achieving our sales targets while maintaining a flexible working schedule. The chosen candidate will be responsible for promoting sales, building lasting customer relationships, and representing our organisation with professionalism and integrity.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through consultative selling techniques and product expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Present product offers and tailored solutions to meet customers’ needs and preferences
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance indicators
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and accurate documentation in a timely manner
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales programmes to monitor interactions and manage opportunities in the pipeline
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure impeccable customer service
- Stay informed about product features, market trends, and the competitive landscape to provide well-founded recommendations
- Participate in sales training and onboarding activities to continuously improve skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in retail or B2B with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital sales tools
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and understand new offerings
- Professional conduct and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Multilingual skills preferred, especially German, Italian, or French
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment
