Deputy Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is seeking support for workshop management to jointly control production and operational processes. In this responsible position, you will take on the following tasks:

• Planning, organising and controlling production orders

• Expert contact person for plant builders in day-to-day business

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and delivery deadlines

• Active participation in production

• Supervision and training of apprentices

You will work closely with the workshop management and contribute significantly to the smooth running of production.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker or in a similar technical field

• Several years of practical experience in plant, apparatus or pipeline construction

• Ideally, experience in staff management or willingness to take on leadership responsibility

• Solid know-how in welding techniques (TIG, MAG) and manufacturing processes

• High organisational skills and a systematic approach

• Strong team spirit and consistent focus on quality
